Your Career

We at DeNA embrace the challenges that diversified and dynamic work bring with it. As such, we don’t want to simply mold everyone into extremely talented people - a cast which anyone can potentially fill. Rather, we want to give you the opportunity to launch your own career in the way you want it to take off.

Age has nothing to do with it

DeNA relies on a person’s ability to determine their job title and salary - not age. If you look at our statistics from April 2009, the average age of our company executives was actually younger than that of our division managers. The range of salaries in the company is, as a result, also quite varied.
