TOKYO, JAPAN - Mar. 27, 2012 - NAMCO BANDAI Games Inc., DeNA Co., Ltd. and their joint venture company BDNA Inc. today rebranded BDNA as BNDeNA Inc. The companies also unveiled BNDeNA's logo. The new name represents the two companies' commitment to combine their strengths.

BNDeNA is currently planning to launch its first game, provisionally entitled Macross SP Cross Deculture, this spring on DeNA's Mobage social gaming platform in Japan.

Funded by NAMCO BANDAI Games and DeNA, BDNA was established on October 3, 2011 with the aim of delivering social games and entertainment content to smartphone users worldwide.
