(TSE: 2432) announced today that Blood Brothers, a free-to-play mobile social game developed by DeNA for its Mobage social games platform, hit number one in the U.S. for the first time on Google Play's Top Grossing Apps chart over the past weekend. Currently, three Mobage games - Rage of Bahamut (#1), Blood Brothers (#2) and Marvel: War of Heroes (#9) - are ranked in the top ten on the U.S. Google Play Top Grossing chart.

Blood Brothers was the second Mobage title to lead the U.S. Google Play top grossing chart after Cygames, Inc.'s long-time blockbuster Rage of Bahamut, which hit No. 1 in April 2012 and has consistently held the top spot over the past six months. Developed and operated by DeNA's Tokyo headquarters, Blood Brothers is currently available for Android and iOS devices in North America, Europe and other territories where the English version of Mobage is accessible. The title has also been successful internationally, reaching number one for top-grossing apps on Google Play in 22 countries and regions such as Canada, France and Sweden.
