New Company DeNA AI Link Co., Ltd. Established to Provide AI Consulting & Solutions: Also Exploring Enterprise AI Agent Business

TOKYO, JAPAN – April 14, 2025 – DeNA Co., Ltd. announced the establishment of a wholly-owned subsidiary called “DeNA AI Link Co., Ltd.” to provide consulting & solutions leveraging AI.

Background

With the rise of generative AI, greater efficiency and productivity is increasingly expected in a wide range of industries, but the majority of companies in Japan have not yet been able to deploy generative AI. The reasons for this include a lack of knowledge of how to leverage AI and a lack of services customized for specific companies.

To date DeNA has pursued services that deliver solutions to address customer needs in a variety of industries, and thus delivered delight to the world. Through these efforts DeNA has become a one-stop provider of solutions and has established a foundation of technology & AI knowhow and broad engineering capabilities that can be applied to any industry, as well as a strong network. We decided to establish this new company to leverage these core competencies in creating and running AI native businesses.

Our Businesses

The new company will provide AI consulting & solutions to support greater productivity in Japan using AI. Specifically, we will provide consulting services for companies and executives in Japan who are interested in AI. We also intend to explore providing solutions that serve as AI technological infrastructure as well as an AI agent, including potentially joint business development, in areas where individual customization is necessary. In addition, we plan to support companies that provide AI tools globally in their efforts to expand their product and service offerings into Japan.

DeNA has been striving to leverage AI across the company, including establishing the AI Innovation Business Unit in April 2025 to develop consumer apps. Using the opportunity presented by this new company establishment, we aim to promote greater productivity not just for DeNA, but also across Japan.
