Since starting the automotive business as a new growth area in 2015, we have taken on the challenge of creating diverse businesses and services aimed at transforming mobility in society. As part of this, through agile new-product development, in 2018 we launched the taxi app "Taxibell" (later MOV) from scratch. We grew the business by deploying excellent talent and making full use of the technological capabilities and system infrastructure we had cultivated, and, facing structural challenges such as the digital transformation of the taxi industry and intensifying competition, in 2020 we decided to merge the business with JapanTaxi Co., Ltd., established Mobility Technologies Co., Ltd. (now GO Inc.). Since then, we have advanced our initiatives in the transportation field under a robust structure combining the strengths of both companies, and in June 2026, GO Inc. was newly listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Growth Market.
