2. Open packs every day and collect your favorite cards!

Open two free packs every day and find your favorite Pokémon cards.
Players can open booster packs by consuming pack stamina, which accumulates over time.
After 12 hours, players will have enough pack stamina to open 1 pack.

Use Wonder Pick to get cards that other players pulled!
In Wonder Pick, you can get one of the cards (chosen randomly) from a booster pack that was opened by another player. Try searching the list to check if any player has pulled a card you’re looking for.
In addition, if you wonder pick from a booster pack obtained by a player playing in another language, you can get a card in a different language. Cards in other languages will also be registered in the card dex, so you can enjoy a more varied collection.

Introduction to a few of the cards appearing in Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket
Many appealing Pokémon cards will be appearing in booster packs. There are both nostalgic cards that have appeared in the Pokémon TCG before, as well as cards making their first appearance in this title, so open packs each day and find your favorite Pokémon cards.

Enjoy collecting cards!
You can find new surprises each time you open a booster pack or get cards through wonder pick. You can also find unexpected connections between cards, or receive rewards based on how many cards you have collected. Enjoy the game little by little and encounter all the cards.

3. Display boards and binders let players show off the cards they’ve collected

Once you’ve found a card you like, you can show it off however you like.

You can show off your favorite cards on on display boards. There are a variety of backdrops, and you can create combinations with different backdrops and card illustrations, or make it look like your cards are displayed on a table. We recommend showing off your favorite cards up close so they fill up the whole screen.

Binders let players set up their collected cards into a binder with a cover. When you want to display a lot of the cards you’ve collected, try using binders.

You can also share display boards and binders you’ve displayed your cards in to friends or other players. You can also look at display boards and binders shared by friends and other players and like them. Enjoy collecting cards while sharing your collection with players around the world.

4. Fun and casual battles

Cards can not only be collected, but also used for battles.
Battles have new rules optimized for playing on mobile devices that anyone can enjoy during small pockets of time.

How to view obtained cards
Cards you’ve obtained can be broadly classified between Pokémon cards you use to battle against opponents and Trainer cards that offer support in battle. A set of 20 cards is called a deck, and players build decks to battle against opponents.

Types of Cards

Flow of Battle
Once you’ve put together a deck, it’s finally time to battle against an opponent. Compared to the conventional Pokémon TCG, changes have been made to make it easier to play on mobile devices, such as the size of decks being changed from 60 cards to 20 cards, and attaching the Energy used for attacks from the Energy Zone.
At the same time, the deep strategic elements of the Pokémon TCG are still present, such as choosing which attack your Pokémon will use and deciding the right timing for using Trainer cards. You can battle against the computer, your friends, or anyone around the world. We hope you look forward to serious battles that can be played through in your down time!

Basic Flow of Battle

Even more casually! Auto battling, Rental Decks, and Auto-build
In order to enjoy battles in the Pokémon TCG more casually, features such as auto battling, Rental Decks, and Auto-build have been prepared.
Players can use auto battling during battle to have the computer help them in the battle.
Also, obtaining certain cards allows players to use rental decks, so even players who don’t understand how to build decks can feel at ease while enjoying battling.
Additionally, there is a feature that will automatically build a recommended deck using the cards you have collected, so anyone can begin enjoying casual battles.

Customization according to your preferences
There are plenty of familiar accessories from the Pokémon TCG. There are card sleeves that allow you to change the back of your cards to an image you like, play mats to change the image of the in-play zone, Pokémon coins, and more. Try to find your favorite combination.

Also, if you get duplicates of the same card, you can exchange them together with items to obtain flair. By applying flair to a card, you can have a more rich experience both when displaying the card and when using it in battle.

Coming soon

5. Enjoy collecting Pokémon cards even more with trading!

When you can’t manage to get the card you want, it is possible to trade Pokémon cards with friends. Show each other your booster pack card dex and trade for cards that each of you want.

*The trade feature will not be implemented at the time of release, and is planned to release in a future update. Stay tuned for more details in a future announcement.
