TOKYO, JAPAN and BEIJING, CHINA - Dec. 26, 2011 - DeNA Co., Ltd. and Beijing Kaixinren Information Technology Co., Ltd., the operator of the Kaixin001 social network with over 120 million registered users in China, have announced today that Shanghai Zongyou Network Technologies Co., Ltd., DeNA's Chinese subsidiary also operating as DeNA China, and Kaixinren Information Technology have entered into an alliance to interconnect their networks for mutual growth in the rapidly expanding mobile social gaming market in China.

Beginning today, Kaixin001 users can gain access to Mobage China (www.mobage.cn), a mobile social gaming platform operated by DeNA Group for Chinese consumers, with their existing Kaixin001 IDs and passwords. Kaixin001 users can now download Mobage China Android app through Kaixin001's mobile app to play Chinese versions of numerous high-quality mobile games, including a number of popular titles from Japan. The customized Mobage China app also features "share on Kaixin001" and "back to Kaixin001" buttons to drive further user traffic to Kaixin001.

By linking services with Mobage China, Kaixin001 seeks to deliver added value to an increasing number of Chinese consumers using Kaixin001 on smartphones.

DeNA officially launched Mobage China for Android in July 2011 and for iOS in Nov. 11. DeNA China will continue to aggressively expand its user base in the market through the Kaixin001 alliance as well as with other local companies.
